Sovernus is a holding company. We build and operate companies that apply automation and robotics to micro-scale manufacturing and agriculture: the work of growing food and making goods close to where people live, at a scale that workshops, homesteads, and small farms can actually use.
Factories and industrial farms already have machines. A shop, a greenhouse, an orchard, or a few acres usually does not. That gap is the work.
Where We Focus
Intensive Agriculture
Robotics and automation for growing, tending, and processing food at homestead and small-farm scale. We use modern technology to enable a form of agriculture that wasn't possible with earlier generations of machinery.
How We Operate
We start and hold operating companies. This is not a theme for a fund that writes a check and steps away. Software was the first product; the longer bet is physical systems, and the businesses that can build, sell, and support them.
